The Vibery is a sober social lounge and holistic smoke shop, serving kava, coffee, botanical elixirs, and plant-based bites in a vibrant, wellness-driven environment. We believe in creating space for community, creativity, and connection—without the need for alcohol.

We’re seeking vibrant, grounded, and welcoming individuals to join our team as a Bartender/Barista at The Vibery—home to Elevate Island and a full spectrum of plant-powered experiences. In our alcohol-free social club, the bar is where guests gather, unwind, and sip on kava, cacao, matcha, mocktails, and other wellness-forward elixirs—and you’ll be right at the center of the magic.

This role is about more than just making drinks—it’s about crafting intentional beverages, sparking authentic connections, and co-creating an atmosphere where everyone feels seen, supported, and inspired. From preparing specialty drinks with care to sharing the story behind our ingredients, you’ll help guests feel rooted and refreshed.

We’re looking for someone who’s both hospitality-driven and detail-oriented, with experience behind a bar or café counter. Comfort with plant-based, non-alcoholic ingredients is a plus—but even more important is a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. You’ll also assist with inventory, product knowledge, and retail flow alongside our management team.
