    This class focuses on stretching, balance, and breath awareness, using supportive props and mindful transitions to help you feel steady, spacious, and at ease. Perfect for anyone looking to release tension, improve mobility, and quiet the mind in a serene, welcoming environment.

    After class, stay a while and enjoy a calming kava, cacao, or botanical blend in our cozy, alcohol-free lounge. It’s the perfect way to extend your unwind.
