Sea Level Concepts is a holistic, vertically integrated cannabis and wellness company based in the U.S. Virgin Islands. We operate a network of mission-driven spaces including Elevate Island, The Vibery, VI Fyah, and VI Extracts. Together, we are building a high-vibrational, plant-powered future rooted in community, healing, and conscious commerce.

Volunteers are the heartbeat of our movement — from helping in the gardens and assisting with events, to packaging product samples and keeping our sacred spaces clean and welcoming.

🤝 Volunteer Role Overview

As a volunteer, you'll be part of a dynamic, creative team working to build something revolutionary in the Virgin Islands. You'll have the chance to support us based on your skills, schedule, and passion — and in return, you'll receive mentorship, access to elevated spaces, and a front-row seat to the evolution of conscious culture.

🌈 Volunteer Opportunities Available

🛍️ Retail & Guest Experience

  • Greeting guests at Elevate Island and The Vibery
  • Helping restock and merchandise products
  • Supporting customer questions (non-cannabis sales)
  • Maintaining a clean, organized front-of-house

🎤 Event Support

  • Assisting with setup/breakdown for concerts, ceremonies, and community events
  • Managing guest check-in tables and RSVP lists
  • Handing out event materials (comment cards, passports, etc.)
  • Supporting food/drink service (non-alcoholic)

🪴 Cultivation & Garden Help

  • Watering and tending to medicinal herbs and cannabis plants (licensed areas only)
  • Cleaning grow tents, tools, and drying rooms
  • Helping transplant, prune, or harvest under staff supervision

🧼 Sanctuary & Grounds Upkeep

  • Helping clean bathrooms, floors, and common areas
  • Organizing storage and supplies
  • Assisting with light handyman or beautification tasks

📦 Packaging & Production Support

  • Labeling merchandise or swag
  • Assembling sample kits or gift bags
  • Helping with packaging (non-infused products)
  • Washing dishes, organizing inventory

✅ Requirements

  • Must be 18+ (21+ for certain events or roles)
  • Must sign volunteer waiver and basic code of conduct
  • Ability to lift 20–30 lbs and move around comfortably
  • Must respect our no alcohol, no drama, and no judgment culture
  • Must follow all compliance rules and boundaries when near regulated cannabis products
